1000+ days of sleepless nights,

(figuratively speaking of 1000+ days. of course)

i think i have insomnia.

shucks.

and i read,
insomnia is caused by:
  • Psychological reasons - Anxiety, Stress, Depression, etc
  • Physical reasons - Hormone, Medical Conditions, Pain, etc
  • Temporary events or factors - Jetlag, Night Shift, Overuse of caffeine, etc
Apparently mostly does not really apply to me. Erm stress? lol
Maybe when i'm in uni, possibly. But at home, all rested up? Sheriosly. Probably it's the night shift. lol and my sleeping drugs work no more than keeping me wide awake, entertained. ;) nor counting sheeps/anything works. i think i should try reading today. would definitely drain the energy of the eyes, no?

sigh i'm off to conquer my night sheeps.

    hahha i knoww but the thoughts keep coming in! how i wish it could be that easy to just blackout once i land on the bed. haha
